All products are handmade with care and high quality standards. But this is not a mass production, so items may vary little on color, size or shape. When buying the item, you as a customer understand the possible varieties on the products and agree not to complain about the item’s small differences compared to the photo.
Use the products as you want but take care of them as informed in the product. It’ll keep them in good condition for a longer time.

Prices in the web shop are stated in euro (€) including 24% VAT. When ordering outside of the European Union, you as a customer are responsible of any additional costs such as taxes or duty costs. LumiWAU keeps the right to change the prices.
You’ll receive three emails after placing an order; first one right after ordering with the details of your order, the second one when your order has been fulfilled and a third one with the shipping details.
All orders are handled within 2 business day after placing. Orders placed during weekends are usually handled on Mondays.
Every product page has the updated info about the stock situation, so keep that in mind when ordering. Usually your order will (at latest) be on it’s way to you within 2 days after ordering.
Made to order items (e.g. face masks) might need few days more to get made on top of the usual delivery time stated with shipping methods.
We have different discount codes, deals and offers shared via different marketing methods through out the year. Please note that only one discount / deal / offer can be used on a single order. This means, that if you use a discount code on a order while there is a freebie deal on the site, you can only get the discount and no freebie.
Why? Well, my prices have actually no air in them, so when I give a discount, I can’t afford to give another on the same items, as that would mean I’m actually paying you to order from me. If you have any issue with this, feel free to contact me.

PAYMENTS THROUGH BAMBORA
With Bambora PayForm you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards, Jousto and Mash.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto: With Jousto invoice and part-payment you can pay in over 4000 online shop in Finland. With Jousto invoice, you get 14 days payment time (invoice fee 4,90 eur). With Jousto part-payment, you get max 12 months payment time (invoice fee 4,90 eur and monthly interest rate 2,42%). More information here.
Mash: Mash invoice and part-payment is available to over 20 years old consumers having a permanent address in Finland. More information about Mash here. Mash Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financing institution operating since 2007. Mash Finance Oyj reserves a right to review the credibility and the address information of consumers using Mash invoice or part-payment. The consumer is also requested the provide the personal id number. The credit is approved or declined based on this review.
Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

With PayPal you can pay safely with major credit cards or with your own PayPal-account.
We ship worldwide, but the shipping time and costs vary depending where you are located.
The current collection has items stored and made in two locations; at LumiWAU HQ in Vantaa, Finland and at a factory in Latvia. You can place an order with items from both locations, you’ll just get your order in two packages.

COMPLAINS AND RETURNS
If you have some problems with your orders (lost orders, misplaced items etc.) contact us first, before doing anything else. All orders have 14 day right of return. This means you can return it when it is not the item ordered, it’s wrong size, it’s wrong color etc.
Right of return is valid ONLY if you contact us before sending the item back. If you act the way asked, returning is free of charge for you. If you do not contact us within the 14 days and return your order or parts of it, we are not responsible to take your order back or any costs that it might have on you.
Right of return on most cases will mean that you’ll first contact us, then return the somehow wrongly item and we’ll change it to a right one or you may have store credit for the amount paid for the item.
Money back -cases will be reviewed case by case.

Finnish law & European Union regulations are applied to all disputes related to the LumiWAU web shop or to these Terms & Conditions.
When consumers have a problem with a trader regarding a product or service they bought, they can settle their dispute out-of-court through an Alternative Dispute Resolution or Online Dispute Resolution (ADR / ODR) procedure. Read more here.
If LumiWAU fails to comply with the argument because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes, then LumiWAU cannot be held responsible.
