ITEMS

All products are handmade with care and high quality standards. But this is not a mass production, so items may vary a little on color, size or shape. When buying the item, you as a customer understand the possible varieties on the products and agree not to complain about the item’s small differences compared to the product photo.

Use the products as you want but take care of them as informed in the product. It’ll keep them in good condition for a longer time.

PRICES

Prices in the web shop are stated in euro (€) including 24% VAT. When ordering outside of the European Union, you as a customer are responsible of any additional costs such as taxes or duty costs. LumiWAU keeps the right to change the prices.

ORDERS

You’ll receive three emails after placing an order; first one right after ordering with the details of your order, the second one when your order has been fulfilled and a third one with the shipping details.

All orders are handled within 2 business day after placing. Orders placed during weekends are usually handled on Mondays.

Every product page has the updated info about the stock situation, so keep that in mind when ordering. Usually your order will (at latest) be on it’s way to you within 2 days after ordering.
Made to order items (e.g. face masks) might need few days more to get made on top of the usual delivery time stated with shipping methods.

DISCOUNTS

We have different discount codes, deals and offers shared via different marketing methods through out the year. Please note that only one discount / deal  / offer can be used on a single order. This means, that if you use a discount code on a order while there is a freebie deal on the site, you can only get the discount and no freebie.

Why? Well, my prices have actually no air in them, so when I give a discount, I can’t afford to give another on the same items, as that would mean I’m actually paying you to order from me. If you have any issue with this, feel free to contact me.

PAYMENTS

With us you can pay via Visma Pay or Stripe. You can read more about those payment providers here.
Invoices are possible on request, but at the moment only in Finland. Please contact me for further advice.

All prices include 24% VAT, for as LumiWAU Oy is legitimate company registered in Finland.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, but the shipping time and costs vary depending where you are located.

The current collection has items stored and made in two locations; at LumiWAU HQ in Vantaa, Finland and at a factory in Latvia. You can place an order with items from both locations, you’ll just get your order in two packages.

COMPLAINS AND RETURNS

If you have some problems with your orders (lost orders, misplaced items etc.) contact me first. The easiest way is to send me an email. I will try my best to get back to you within 48h.

All orders have 14 day right of return. The 14 days start on the day you receive your order. If you are not pleased with your order, you can return it. The easiest way to return an item varies, so I’ll give you personal directions how to proceed when you contact me. You can swap your item to something else from the shop or get a refund after your item returns to me. Returning doesn’t cost to you, as it is embedded on the shipping price. But please note that you only will be refunded for the product’s purchase price, not for the shipping.

Customized items and made-to-order products don’t have the same right of return as they are custom made for you. Face masks are hygiene products so they can’t be returned either due health risks. But if any of your products are faulty, please contact me and we’ll sort it out.

LEGAL

Finnish law & European Union regulations are applied to all disputes related to the LumiWAU web shop or to these Terms & Conditions.

When consumers have a problem with a trader regarding a product or service they bought, they can settle their dispute out-of-court through an Alternative Dispute Resolution or Online Dispute Resolution (ADR / ODR) procedure. Read more here.

FORCE MAJEURE

If LumiWAU fails to comply with the argument because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, global pandemic, war or natural catastrophes, then LumiWAU cannot be held responsible.
