We ship worldwide, but the shipping time and costs vary depending where you are located.At this time we can only ship to limited countries due to corona caused restrictions. Read all about it here.
The current collection has items stored and made in two locations; at LumiWAU HQ in Vantaa, Finland and at a factory in Latvia. You can place an order with items from both locations, you’ll just get your order in two packages.
ITEMS MADE AT LUMIWAU HQ:
Shipping size is determined by the biggest item on your order.
Example, if you only order small items, you can get as many as you want but still only pay just one small shipping fee.
Shipping cost depends on your location and the items you order. You can calculate your shipping estimate at your cart.
Delivery time estimates include our process time and the shipping time.
Note that there might be unplanned shipping delays due covid19, especially on orders going abroad.
FINLAND – rates start at 2€
POSTI (delivery in 3-6 working days)
The cheapest way to small items delivered but unfortunately no tracking.
POSTI PLUS (delivery in 2-4 working days with tracking)
The shipping upgrade for envelope sized items that can be delivered into your mail box, comes with tracking.
LOCAL PICKUP (ready to be collected in 1-2 working days) (disabled until further notice)
You can pick up your order from LumiWAU Studio in Vantaa without any fees. You will get notified via email and sms when your order is ready to be picked up.
MATKAHUOLTO STANDARD (delivery in 2-5 working days)
Your order will ship with Matkahuolto and you can pick up your order from your local service point. You can also track your order while on route. You can find your closest one here https://www.matkahuolto.fi/toimipisteet/toimipistehaku/
EXPRESS (delivery within 48h during work week) (disabled until further notice)
Your order will ship with super fast and it might get to you within hours after placing your order. You need to pick up your order from a service point or a bus. You can track your order and you will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up.
HOME DELIVERY to your door (delivery in 2-6 working days)
Your order will be delivered to your home or work address, straight to your door!
EUROPE – rates start at 3€
ECONOMY (delivery in 10-20 working days)
Your order will ship as an economy class parcel or letter. Letters can’t be tracked, parcels can be tracked in some countries.
PRIORITY (delivery in 3-8 working days)
Your order will ship as an priority letter or parcel. Tracking is available at some countries.
EXPRESS (delivery in 3-7 working days)
Your order will be pushed to the top and shipped the fastest way possible to you.
INTERNATIONAL – rates start at 4€
ECONOMY (delivery in 14+ working days)
Your order will ship with no tracking.
PRIORITY (delivery in 8-14 working days)
Your order will ship as a priority letter or parcel, which will be a lot faster than Economy shipping. Unfortunately most parcels can’t be tracked.
As the name says, these items are made to order. They are produced in Latvia and they’ll ship straight to you from the factory.
Note that it takes usually 2-7 working days to get your item made and ready to be shipped. Due to Covid19 precautions, current production time can be as long as 14 working days.
SHIPPING FROM LATVIA – rates start at 5,42€
Economy – shipping takes about 5-10 working days
Standard – shipping takes about 3-5 working days
Express – shipping takes about 1-3 working days
COMPLAINS AND RETURNS
If you have some problems with your orders (lost orders, misplaced items etc.) contact us first, before doing anything else. All orders have 14 day right of return. This means you can return it when it is not the item ordered, it’s wrong size, it’s wrong color etc.
Right of return is valid ONLY if you contact us before sending the item back. If you act the way asked, returning is free of charge for you. If you do not contact us within the 14 days and return your order or parts of it, we are not responsible to take your order back or any costs that it might have on you.
Right of return on most cases will mean that you’ll first contact us, then return the somehow wrongly item and you’ll have store credit for the amount paid for the item.
Money back -cases will be reviewed case by case.
