Current shipping situation & time estimates: Since July 29th, there has been three huge waves of orders (combined together to almost 1000 individual masks) which meant that the delivery times were way longer than usual (anxiety level 900) even while I’ve been making masks day and night the past 6 weeks. BUT OMG people, I just packed the last mask of that 1000 mask backlog and everything is running more usually from now on – the normal delivery times are at use once again. Time for a little happy dance!
Thank you so much for everyone that placed an order the past month and waited patiently for it to arrive. THANK YOU.
Shipping in the pandemic era: If you are isolated at home and can’t leave the house, please let me know at the checkout so I can do my best to make sure your order will be shipped to your door. (Sometimes the post office is just shit and if they decide something, there’s very little I can do to make them change their minds, so unfortunately it is sometimes out of my hands.)
I use our national postal service for shipping and at this time that means I can only ship to the following countries: Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Singapore, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Vatican and Vietnam. Note that there might be some delays on orders going abroad, but hopefully just for few days. (Latest additions are highlighted with purple.)
The made on demand -products that are made with my production partner in Latvia are still having some delays as they are working with less people in their shifts as a precaution. They also tell me that the right to choose where my garments are made (currently in Latvia but they also have production in the US, Canada, Mexico and Germany) which could mean that all orders get rerouted around the globe, which I am very unhappy with. That is why, I decided to cut them off in the near future, possible first week of September.
So, if you want to get any of those items before they go extinct, better hop on that right away.
Stockist & retailers: Most of my stockists have returned to almost normal opening times for now. Find out more info of my stockists here.
My shop will stay open and I am so so grateful to all the orders that keep me afloat and busy. The corona situation is again a bit iffy in here, which means I am super afraid that everything is going to close down again within a month like it did in March. As an entrepreneur I am quite used to uncertainties but still the pandemic era affects me and my trust in the future. Don’t forget the small businesses like mine when the shit hits the fan. Supporting the small ones and buying even the smallest things from them or telling a friend makes a huge difference and during these weird times, it might be a lifeline for some.
Thank you for your support, it truly means the world to me.
Enjoy the autumn magic and stay safe people!
